By the KeyMo team · Updated

quso.ai, formerly Vidyo.ai, and OpusClip both bill in credits worth about one source minute. OpusClip is cheaper to enter ($15 Starter against $29 for quso.ai Lite) and takes longer videos. quso.ai adds a content planner and scheduling to seven platforms from its $39 Essential plan. KeyMo is narrower: $12, no watermark, no free plan.

Is Vidyo.ai the same as quso.ai?

Yes. quso.ai says Vidyo.ai was renamed in January 2025, and that plans, prices and credits carried over. If you are searching for "Vidyo AI" reviews from before that date, the product is the same company, with new features added since. The comparison below uses the current quso.ai pages only.

Credits are not the same size on both

Both vendors say one credit is about one minute of video, but the edge cases differ. quso.ai charges per uploaded minute and rounds up: a 25-minute-40-second video uses 26 credits. OpusClip rounds partial minutes down. After upload, quso.ai says editing, publishing and downloading clips cost no further credits, while OpusClip charges 3 credits to post a clip to X.

Spare credits behave differently too. On quso.ai, monthly credits do not roll over, and top-ups cost $0.15 per credit (the price may vary by region); purchased add-on credits do not expire. OpusClip's monthly credits last 60 days, and its pages give no top-up price.

Our arithmetic from the published monthly figures. Yearly prices are left out because of the credit ambiguity above.

Inputs, files and exports

quso.ai's own pages disagree on limits. The help centre supports videos up to 5 hours; the clips page says its tool processes up to 75 minutes; and the help FAQ says no clips are generated unless the video is over 3 minutes and has spoken words. It accepts uploads of 5 GB on Free and 15 GB on paid plans. On the languages it supports, the pages say 100+, 50+ and "over 20" in three different places.

OpusClip is steadier on length: 10 hours, with link imports that widen by plan (Free: YouTube and local files; Starter adds Google Drive, Vimeo, Zoom and more; Pro adds Twitch, Dropbox, Loom and others). Its help centre says it supports over 25 languages; of those it lists, English, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese are the ones not marked beta.

On export, quso.ai's free plan renders at 720p with its watermark, and paid plans at 1080p without. OpusClip's Free plan reaches 1080p with a watermark, and 4K export needs a genuine 4K source on Pro.

Where each one is the better fit

quso.ai is stronger if you want clips and a posting workflow in one place:

  • Essential schedules to seven platforms and adds a Content Planner and AI filler and silence removal.
  • Its clips page says every import source is available on the free plan, though its help page lists a narrower set.
  • Paid plans allow up to four team members, and its help page bills each team seat at $9 a month.
  • Storage add-ons run from 50 GB at $2 a month upward.

OpusClip is stronger on price at the low end and on extras around the clip:

  • Starter is $15 against $29 for quso.ai Lite.
  • Pro lists AI B-roll, video dubbing into 25 languages, and export to Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Longer source videos, and credits that roll over once.

KeyMo is the narrow option. It takes MP4 or MOV up to 10 GB, or a YouTube link on paid plans, and returns up to 15 vertical clips scored out of 10. Only scores of 7 or higher survive, so a weak episode returns fewer clips. There is no free plan, but there is also never a watermark. See KeyMo vs OpusClip or the quso.ai alternatives page.

Which should you pick?

  1. If you plan to schedule posts and manage a content calendar, pick quso.ai Essential or above.
  2. If you want a watermark-free paid plan at the lower of these two prices ($15 against $29) and long source files, pick OpusClip Starter over quso.ai Lite.
  3. If you want to try before paying and can live with a watermark and a 720p render, use quso.ai's free plan; OpusClip's Free is the 1080p alternative.
  4. If clips from a podcast are the whole job and you want a $12 start with no watermark, pick KeyMo Starter. There is no free plan.
